TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. On booking a day’s airsoft adventure with ACE COMBAT, This can be done by Phone, email, online booking form or leaving a post on the forum. Booking in advance will guarantee your place and your lunch. It will also insure that any equipment etc you wish to hire will be on site and ready for you on arrival. Please note on large parties a non-returnable 50% deposit shall be payable 14 days in advance of the day the game is to be played. The balance will become due on the day of the visit and must be paid in full by cash before the start of play. If you have not booked, ACE COMBAT cannot guarantee spaces, lunches, and equipment hire. Which are subject to availability? 2. Prices are shown separately and ACE COMBAT reserves the right to change these without prior notice. 3. Payment may be made by cheque when booking in advance. Cheques will not be accepted on the day and any outstanding balance must be paid by cash. 4 Payment for items purchased or hired on the day must be paid for by cash 5. Although a first aid kit and trained personnel are on site whilst play is in progress, it is the responsibility of all those who attend ACE COMBAT to notify us of any known medical condition that you may be suffering from. 6. Whilst on site at ACE COMBAT, all site and safety rules must be adhered to without exception. Failure to comply may result in you being asked to leave the site. 7. Full face protection is advised and should be worn in all areas of the site except the safe zone area. Any player under the age of 16 MUST wear a full face mask. No person will be allowed to play unless they are wearing a mask or eye protection. 8. Alcohol or drugs are not permitted on site and any person found to be in possession of such items will be asked to leave the site. 9. Smoking is only allowed outside the tents in the safe zone area. 10. Food and refreshments will be available on the day. If you bring your own food or soft drinks these must be consumed within the safe zone area. No food or drinks are allowed in the game area, with the exception of water. 11. Trained marshals are on site to ensure your safety and Their instructions must be obeyed at all times. In the event of an accident or other serious incident, again their instructions must be followed. 12. The decisions made by marshals are not to be disputed. In the event that you are dissatisfied with decision made, bring this to the attention of Chris Ockendon, the organiser of ACE COMBAT. His decision is final. 13. All weapons brought onto the site are required to be tested by Chronoscope prior to being used in the game area. Any weapon failing this test will not be allowed in the game area under any circumstances. 15. Native birds and wildlife/ Animals are to be respected. Anyone found firing their weapon at wildlife/ animals will be banned from the site. 16. Swearing and abusive language are not allowed at ACE COMBAT Offenders will be warned initially and asked to leave the site should this continue. For any serious incidents, the Police will be requested to attend. 17. ACE COMBAT accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage of personal property whatsoever whilst you are on site. 18. Vehicles are parked on site at owner’s risk. 19. ACE COMBAT reserves the right to refuse admission. |
