Once we have received your booking form you will get a confirmation email. If you require gun rental a Paypal link will be sent to you to pay us a part payment of £25.00 for the gun and £6.00 (optional )for your lunch, you do not need a Paypal account as we have one,(you can pay by credit/debit card). The remainder £28.00 is to be paid in cash on the day. If you are unable to come and let us know the Friday before the event we will refund you your deposit.
Lunch
Tea and coffee are provided within all of our packages and Lunch is £6.00 which includes 1 x Bacon and 1 x sausage and a can of drink (not energy drinks) (Vegetarian option available)
All must be booked via the website and paid upfront through Paypal.
SITE SHOP
Platoon Stores join us onsite and can supply all your airsoft sundries, if there is something you would like them to bring to site please check out their website and contact Platoon Stores on 01634 829063 or email sales@platoonstores.co.uk.
ARRIVAL
- On arrival at ACE COMBAT site, please park your vehicle in the designated parking area. (Note all vehicles are left at owner’s risk).
- Report to the check-in area (safe zone) where we will ask you to pay fees, and sign and complete a disclaimer and sign to confirm you have read the terms. Players under the age of 16 must have a disclaimer form signed by their parent or guardian before they will be allowed to play.
- Marshalls will greet you in the carpark to let you know what to do about check in.
- Please be in the safezone for 9am

GENERAL RULES
• Ensure you keep your equipment with you at all times and never use or touch anyone else’s equipment
• We cannot be responsible for any valuables
• All rubbish must be taken home with you
• We will unfortunately not be able to accept spectators.
TOILETS
All toilets have hand sanitiser and will be regularly cleaned by a member of staff.
