Ace Combat have introduced a  membership scheme which we think will help you enjoy your Airsofting even more. We have three schemes:

UKARA Membership £10.00

The UK Airsoft Retailers’ Association (UKARA) have developed a scheme whereby appropriately vetted game sites are able to verify that individuals qualify to be placed on an independently-hosted database of registered airsoft skirmishers. Retailers are able to make checks against this database in order to verify the status of a customer before selling to them. ACE COMBAT is a UKARA Registered Game Site as of 12 November 2007.

To become a UKARA registered airsoft player you are required to take part in three games at the same UKARA registered game site over a minimum of two months, e.g. the third game being 56 days or more after the first. You must be over 18 years of age and be able to provide some form of identification such as Passport, Drivers License or Bank Statement.

Once the criteria has been fulfilled you will then be add to the database this will allow any UKARA retailer to check your eligibility to purchase in compliance with the VCR Act. The system is also monitored by UK Customs.

The “Player” will remain on the Database for a maximum of 12 months and then the registration will require renewal by game site as per the VCR Act regulations. The game site could terminate your membership at any time in which case your registration will lapse and you would need to re-register with an alternate site.

Players can be registered through more than one site, but each registration would be unique.

Membership will stay valid on a rolling basis as long as you continue to attend ACE COMBAT events regularly. If at any point you fall below three events attended in a twelve month period (which once again cannot all fall within two months) your membership will be revoked. Should your membership be revoked for this or any other reason we are obliged to advise UKARA to remove you from their database as you would no longer be a registered airsoft skirmisher.
